I think I have found the problem. I got that error again because someone signed up for a plan which I had disabled. I'm still not sure how they managed to do that. I have now deleted that upgrade plan entirely. Once again, it seems it's a Xenforo 2.1.x error, not an error your addon is causing.

Unfortunately, the member who purchased the upgrade causing the error has since canceled the upgrade so it no longer appears in the database table xf_purchase_request or in the upgrade coupons log or in any of the other upgrade logs. :( I guess I'll just have to wait to see if the error...

Have you tested the recurring subscription addon for more than 1 month? i.e., where the discount is applied to the first 2 or 3 months?

We only use PayPal so that would be fine for our needs. Do you have a timeline for the new addon?

By the way, if doing what I want to do would require some additional coding, this is something requested specifically by the forum owner (I am the tech admin) so I'm pretty certain she would be willing to pay for the feature if the cost is reasonable.

No I don't think your addon is the problem. This was coming from PayPal. I think we've sorted it out now. Thank you for your patience. :)

Update: It appears that that member is trying to upgrade or renew the old upgrade which no longer exists. It would seem it's not your add-on at all but an issue with PayPal trying to renew and failing since that upgrade package no longer exists.
