Currently the addon doesn't allow to display a field in the user message info (under the avatar section) when it is set to Required for Upgrade. When the field is set back to Personal Details, Contact Details or Preferences it will display under the avatar in user message info as intended...

Hi, Just purchased and tested the addon on 2.2, I'm sorry to say it doesn't work. I was able to purchase an upgrade with blank required fields and when going into required for upgrade it doesn't display the fields only the notice: Merci :)
