For my xenforo 1 site, I got this add-on from a user named allan who no longer uses xenforo anymore.
He deleted all of his add-ons, but he had some amazing add-ons.
I noticed yall kind of had a similar add-on as him but used differently.
Was wondering if yall could redo this add-on for xenforo 2
The Add-on used the Social Button floating menu.
The way he coded the add-on was by implementing your alerts to show up in the first 2 or 3 slots.
Then he allowed the admins the ability to fill out the rest of the social icons manually
It was a page dedicated to the add-on in the ACP where we could set the options for the add-on
So each box had its own color picker, tooltips option, and slot to add font awesome icon.
Was one of the best add-ons for admins, because they could set a separate navigation system that floats to the left.
there were 12 Slots in total if you needed to add that many links.
He also gave the option to change the size of the menu, and the sizes of each box.
The menu also had animation options, that the admin could select for when the menu loaded onto the page.
That was really cool, cause it added some life to the floating menu.
I had my menu do a cool pop-in bounce effect.
I can see yall already know how to implement this function into xenforo 2 by the use of your profile customization add-on
Just would be amazing to have a floating navigation social icon floating to the left
This would be amazing for adding promotional links and directing members to other parts of your website.
This was on his website, where he was showcasing the add-on.
He gave the admins the ability to switch the menu to left or right.
I used it on my left side, and I changed the transparency of my menu.
But when you hovered the mouse over the buttons they would fade back to 100% transparency, which was a cool hover effect.
He also gave us the option to separate the social icons.
If you look at the links in this image, I was able to put 4 links then separate them from the next set of links
This was something that was amazing, cause it made each of the links stand out, or each group of links stand out.
I might still have the only files from x1 if yall want to take a look at them.

- Allowed to set the order for each
- Was allowed to change the color and transparency of each box individually
- menu effects when page loads ( Fade in, Bounce in etc....)
- ability to separate the boxes
- Mouseover hover effects.
- Change the font awesome icon for each box
- Add a link for each box
- Ability to open the link in a new window, or the same window
- Tool-tips for each box
- Ability to change the size of the menu/ or boxes
