Nevermind! I did the update to 2.2.2 fix 1 and it is fixed now.

Looks like the 2.3.5 update did something to the user group banners. They are not showing now. I have not looked into it more. Prefixes look fine still.

When you go to admin>setup>gradient banners prefixes The page displays like: Not the end of the world. The button on the right still works. Just something to clean up on your next update. EDIT: Once you add one, this doesn't display any more.
