AMS (https://xenaddons.com/store-products/article-management-system/) is the most popular system for creating articles in Xenforo. But it lacks the seo-title change. Maybe you can contact Bob (Creator AMS) and implement this integration? That would be awesome!

The AMS plugin allows you to add articles to Xenforo. In AMS already built in a function, to prescribe the meta-description of the article, but the meta-title can not be prescribed. We need the ability to prescribe the meta title of the article.
Write Bob with a suggestion, he would be happy to contact you and perhaps provide you AMS plugin that would allow you to implement this feature.

Hello,
The AMS add-on is now implemented in the SEO. You can change the Meta-Title per article, and set a default structure for Meta-Title for all your articles.
Implemented in the 2.6.0 version, we also plan to add other options for the AMS add-on in our SEO !
