Solved Moods images broken in admin CP?

So i noticed the moods icons aren't showing up in the admin CP? They appear to be broken images?


Here is what the path looks like for the image:


However, the moods work on the forumns. However, I did notice a regular registered user saw another member in a different group have "No Mood" even though they did have a mood set, but after a few refreshes it showed their mood. Very odd......
