Solved Possible Bug

There are 2 upgrades, Upgrade A and Upgrade B.

Upgrade A has only one default duration.
Upgrade B has two durations. (The Duration add-on was used for this upgrade) (Upgrade B was also not active so it could not be purchased)

I also use User Upgrade Pro and when a user tried to renew their Upgrade A membership, they got an error "Oops! We ran into some problems. Please select an upgrade length. And there is no upgrade length showing since there is only the XF default one.

I think to try and re-create it the same, you have to create an upgrade with at least 2 durations, but set it so it cannot be purchased and it doesn't show on the upgrades page. And the only upgrade that should be there is one that only has one duration (a default one - not using this add-on) where the member can renew it.

That's when they click to renew and it comes up with that error.

I played an update with more duration, and also has the same duration and add a duration but I have deactivated: Screenshot Screenshot Screenshot
