Just purchased and tested the addon on 2.2, I'm sorry to say it doesn't work.

I was able to purchase an upgrade with blank required fields and when going into required for upgrade it doesn't display the fields only the notice:

It's totally my bad, it works but please correct me if I am wrong.

To make it work, we need to set the Display Location to Required to upgrade and check the Require for user upgrades in General Options for the specific field. Is that correct ?

What was happening I was only using the checkbox option Require for user upgrades under General Options.
