my suggestion is to add a custom field to.manage custom h1 (title). to avoid the url update.

I don't think so, and this could help google bots not waste their crawl budget on useless URLs.

From my SEO point of view there is now SEO value to index Reactions URLs, so will be useful to add this "nofollow" feature to the Links located under the posts related to reactions received (like, etc...).
