Suggestion Add option to apple the same folder to all users set by the administration

I am requesting a option to apple any same folder to all users set by the administrator. So users can use the same folders set by admin

I wanted the admin to set default folders to all users and new member and they can create their own folders if they wish to do so

I didn’t relieve this is the same feature as the other one but this feature when you created a new folder and other feature I requested included delete folder, inbox folder, welcome message folder and sent folder with user groups permissions!
