Support Gallery avatar must be manually deselected or else uploading custom avatar doesn't work

I want my users to be able to upload custom avatars or pick from the gallery after they've registered, but if a gallery avatar is selected, it prevents uploading an avatar from working. The forum acts like it's uploading, but the avatar does not change. Users must deselect their gallery selection in order to upload custom avatars again. I ended up adding a hint that says you have to do this as a temporary measure.

Also, the max upload file size is shown under the gallery instead of right under the file upload button, which seems odd.
