When using a coupon with a 100% discount, the “get free” button does not appear; instead, a redirect to the payment system occurs, where in the end an error occurs.
Am I setting something wrong or is it a bug?

An error occurs when the duration is selected for which this coupon will not work.

We have the following duration settings:

As I see, instead of the error text, either the id of the duration is displayed (if it is selected) or an empty message (if the duration is not selected)
