I would try uninstalling the addon. delete the files, download a fresh copy and try installing it again. -

Solved account_upgrades template has changed
Another addon that I use also lost its template mod due to the XF updating this template. Maybe it is a conflict then? https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xtr-account-upgrades-page.9247/ -

Looks like a template mod is not being applied due to the account_upgrades template change in XF 2.2.15 -

Implemented Usergroup Permission Request
Can a permission be added so you can choose who can see the # of upgrades a user has had? Right now, any guest and member can see this info. Thanks!- PASS

Solved [Liam W.] Post Macros - Rebuild Issue
Just noticed this in a member's change log. Only Admins have permissions to use this addon. Not sure why a user has an account setting when they have no permission to use the post macros.
