Solved account_upgrades template has changed

Looks like a template mod is not being applied due to the account_upgrades template change in XF 2.2.15

Another addon that I use also lost its template mod due to the XF updating this template. Maybe it is a conflict then?

Can you give me a version of this addon? So I can test it, it's probably due to this.
