I am translating the plugin, but the (Choose duration) option is not translated, what is the reason?

You are using an addon to customize the layout of the Account Upgrade page, so you’ll need to check with that addon.

you have another customer using the same plugin, but it seems to work fine for him. If it's as you say, I'll check with the other plugin maker.

You using this addon : [XTR] Paid Membership [Deleted] ? Unfortunately, I don't think he's answering. Could you set me up an account with access to the panel? I'll see what I can do. I've just checked and in this addon it uses the phrase you want to translate.
 
Yes, I'm using the plugin from their site. xenforo.com has removed the plugin. If it is suitable for you, I can forward anydesk if you want.

It's strange I looked at the plugin I had on my local and I had the phrase, you may be using an older version I don't know
