Implemented Enable Required to Upgrade Fields to be displayed in User Message Info

Currently the addon doesn't allow to display a field in the user message info (under the avatar section) when it is set to Required for Upgrade.



When the field is set back to Personal Details, Contact Details or Preferences it will display under the avatar in user message info as intended with the "Viewable in the message user info" option.
