Solved Thread title is not applied

I'm using the following macro:

Content:

Name: {?+Name des Hauptcharakters}
Bewerbung: {?+Link zur Bewerbung}
Forum: {?+Link zum Foren-Profil}

Aktive Charaktere:
{?+Name des Hauptcharakters}

Passive Charaktere:
-

Thread Title: IDENTIFIER / Spielername

However the title is not applied after submitting the macro placeholders.

The title only applies when creating a thread
