Permission reference
Real Time Chat permission group (xs_rtc), to set per user group:
Permissions per room: in Chat Rooms, each room has its Room permissions. When a room has its own rules, they apply; otherwise the general permissions do. This is how a room is reserved for a group.
A member who is banned from a room sees nothing in it, whatever their permissions.
