Stick is good for escalations in a support forum because you can set it to stick the thread in the same forum so admins can get anything they need as top of the thread list.

They say it already does this. The term "category" is a bit confusing, at least to me. "forum" would be better, and "thread" changed to "enable"

Oh, you're right. What I was wondering about was an option to pre-set that so that it's locked and does not present the choice fork (Error-proofing).

**Side note, Im going to check my version, because I do see that stick thread is there and I don't have that in my offerings.
