Solved HideBbCode-2.2.2 Fix 1

[fsbholger]

When creating a new topic, the BBCode is not displayed in the editor.


It will only be displayed in the quick reply if the hide option has already been used.




If no hide is displayed above, then no one can hide it in the editor either (everything is in the same forum with the same permissions).
