Implemented Move (Contact details) above and rename it.

Hi,

As you made this addon suitable for all forums and any custom field, then it is better to rename (Contact details) to something like (Required to upgrade) or something similar. Not all forums will use it for contact details. Moreover, this addon is related to (Account Upgrades) page, therefore, I suggest to move the tab near (Account Upgrades) tab as shown in the screenshot:
