It's probably a template change that isn't working—I just tested it and everything works fine. Have you tried accessing the modification template from the admin side?

There are no changes on my end. I've noticed that some things don't work as well in version 2.3.10, but I'll gladly test it again tomorrow in an empty forum.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, works as it should, sorry, something must have gone wrong on my end.

Hey, it's not in your user groups permissions, but directly in your user groups, where you can set the CSS etc
