I can't approve/reject a pending withdrawal request if deleted the withdrawal request from the AdminCP. To avoid getting this error, it should remove the withdrawal request from the approval queue if the request has been deleted from AdminCP.
It's ok, it will do the same job if sorted by credits that will be withdrawn.

When you choose to filter out users with active upgrades for two months, it includes users who have an active upgrade of two months or less. When selecting 3 months, it will include users with an active upgrade for a period of 1-3 months.

Regarding the overlay window, you can display it only if the Upgrade Coupons add-in is installed. Otherwise, the renew button should redirect the user to the payment gate directly. And the duration option under purchased upgrades is completely useless, I explained the reason in the original post.
