Implemented Improve user criteria

This change to count upgrades from all the selected user upgrades combined instead of counting from each one. It is still possible to count from specific user upgrades by selecting only one from the list.

• User has at least X active user upgrades in one of the selected packages -> User has at least X active user upgrades in all of the selected user upgrades
• User has at least X expired user upgrades in one of the selected packages -> User has at least X expired user upgrades in all of the selected user upgrades
• User has purchased any of the selected user upgrades -> User has purchased at least X user upgrades in all of the selected user upgrades

What exactly do you want me to change that I developed?

Example: VIP and premium

Before I look if the user had purchased at least one of these subscriptions, now you want me to look if the user has purchased both of these subscriptions?

I just tested it again and it works as I suggested. The phrases should be changed to better describe what criteria do.
