Solved Problem with rebuilding posts event

The transactions created for posts event get removed automatically if you repeat the rebuild process.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a post
2. Run rebuild for posts event
3. A new item will be inserted in xf_xs_cs_credits_transaction table
4. Rebuild posts event again
5. The item created in step 3 will be deleted
