Solved Rebuild issue on large boards

I got error 500 when trying to rebuild credits, the same when running cron job.

No error generated in AdminCP. I disabled all other add-ons.

If I don't have more information, I won't be able to do anything, you could try to uninstall the addon and reinstall it.

First time I launched the rebuild I got memory limit error, fixed it by increasing the memory limit in php.ini to -1 (remove limits).

It currently keeps loading until eating up all available memory then the server gets down.

I install them on the online site and I had no problem, moreover the site and super long (with or without the addon install)

Actually you need to test it on a board with 150K posts at least. I did a clean install of XF and used Seeder add-on to fill up the board with posts. I've PM'd you with a backup.
